Oak holdings appoints new Development Executive as part of international drive
Oak Holdings plc, the AIM-listed property development and consultancy group, has appointed Giorgio Cicconetti as Development Executive in its drive towards greater international representation.
Giorgio joins Oak Holdings from an international media company where he was responsible for work on projects in Europe, Asia and South America having previously gained wide experience of the investment banking sector as a private equity analyst dealing mainly with the acquisition of small-cap Italian companies.
Giorgio will apply the experience gained in his previous roles to develop Oak Holdings' consultancy services across a broad range of international projects.
Oak Holdings CEO Stephen Lewis says: “Giorgio's appointment marks an important milestone for Oak Holdings as we seek to broaden our development portfolio and consultancy service in response to international demand. His experience in handling large-scale international projects and his excellent negotiation and management and linguistic skills will undoubtedly be an asset in seeking out new opportunities.”
