OAK HOLDINGS - LEISURE DEVELOPMENT - BANBURY & MANSFIELD, SHAKESPEARE'S WORLD AND OUTLAW'S KINGDOM

Oak Holdings has been appointed to advise on two major leisure schemes currently in the pipeline. They are both the brainchild of a private entrepreneur, an entrepreneur with previous experience in TV and film, by the name of Kris Kliszewicz.
Steve Lewis, CEO of Oak Holdings, comments: "These ventures are a natural development of our core business and the company is privileged to be associated with these prestigious projects."
Both schemes are focused on heritage-based and sustainable craft industries in a tourist environment. Oak will be providing strategic advice on all issues.
The first scheme is near Banbury and is entitled Shakespeare's World. This will be a celebration of the life and culture of Shakespeare and is destined to be an international tourist destination. The second, called Outlaw's Kingdom, is based near Mansfield and will focus on the life and lifestyle in the times of Robin Hood.
