As Client's Representative Oak will coordinate the whole flight plan within your agreed parameters, and ensure that your desired destination is arrived at whatever the weather. Oak can take over the controls removing any hassle by providing everything from site finding, design and planning, to controlling consultants and contractors and the sale and letting of completed buildings.

Oak has considerable experience within its ranks and differentiates from consultants who offer services for percentage fees, but Oak has a different approach. If you put your confidence in us we share the risk with you.

Our charges are based on milestones achieved and the added value which we are able to create for you, rather than on paper generated or time expended.
